Speed Meeting Big Up!

The ninth edition of the Big Up! Congress is an event of the Institute of Cultural Industries and Arts of the Region of Murcia, which will be held from October 3 to 6 at the Párraga Center, in the city of Murcia. 

Congress participants will be able to make personal appointments to present their musical projects to promoters, management offices, etc. through face-to-face speed meetings. These will be 8-minute meetings so that artists and offices in the Region of Murcia can present their musical proposals in person.

  • Javier LorbadaCurrently working as a freelance, he works as Streaming Manager and Digital Sales Manager for different releases by artists and record labels, as he is a recognized expert in musical Pitching. In addition, he coordinates Digital Communication and online advertising campaigns, creates official playlists for streaming platforms, and is the Creative Director of Recámara Produc-ciones. He has always stood out for his special interest in the search for new musical talents.
  • Antonio Palazón Specialist in Music Management, Cultural and Leisure Markets, as well as Copyright and Intellectual Property. Palazón has worked on the development of the careers of musicians and bands such as Antonio Orozco, Maldita Nerea, Efecto Pasillo, Despistaos and Funambulista, among others. He has been the director of festivals such as Hermosa Fest and Long Weekend Festival. He is currently a founding partner of Meteórica Entertainment.
  • Alberto Alfonso. Director of Art Musik Agency. Currently in charge of management/booking for Ilegales, Carlos Ares and José Ignacio Lapido. He works at the Festival do Queixo and the Ciclo Acustiquísimos.
  • Javier from Esteban. With more than 25 years of experience in music distribution, whether in physical, digital or ticket form, MusicAdders, a new aggregator that has arrived to break the mold in terms of technology and monetization, serves independent artists such as El Jincho, labels such as Adriatico Records (La Hungara) or Youtubers such as Mikecrack.
  • Omar Tenani   Composer, Musical Supervisor and Sound Designer from Madrid with 17 years of experience working for production companies and brands such as CANAL+, AMAZON, HBO, PARAMOUNT, LIONSGATE, APPLE, BANIJAY, LAMBORGHINI, MOVISTAR, LA LIGA.
